Job Description

Role Overview: As a part of Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, you will play a crucial role in continuously evolving digitalization and automation processes to provide accurate data-based information on the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your responsibilities will involve working on various aspects of reporting for financials, process optimization, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and communication with different management levels and business segments. You will be contributing towards the transformation of performance management reports on the digital platform and upgrading the digital and technical requirements of the various teams. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the execution, planning, and design of projects for the digitalization of reporting processes. - Assist in the stabilization and further digital development of the financial management information system. - Collaborate with Segment FP&A and FBP teams to inform, analyze, and challenge the current reporting landscape for continuous improvement. - Support financial analysis reporting by efficiently and clearly communicating with stakeholders and decision-makers. - Identify and implement continual improvements in business and financial processes. - Contribute towards upgrading the digital and technical requirements of the various teams. - Provide help, support, and training to teams for the advancement of technology. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Analytics and BI development. - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Power BI). - Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and a fundamental understanding of cloud platforms (Azure). - Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement. - Understanding of finance fundamentals (P&L, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis).
