JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Lead FP&A.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with business leaders to create strategic plans and financial projections.
- Analyze and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Sees the opportunity for automation and simplification of reports and delivers it through self or with help of experts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their input is considered in financial decisions.
- Develop and deliver financial presentations to senior management.
- Fluent in preparing cost benefit analyses/ ROI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to build an annual budget and rolling forecast.
- Extensive experience in OPEX and Cost Management
- Identify areas for financial and process improvements, support cost savings initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis, identifying drivers of financial performance.
- Responsible for GL validation to make sure the correct booking and ensure smooth book closure.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATION
CA | MBA | ICWAI
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Corporate FP&A with special focus on budeting and forecasting, financial modelling and Opex Management.
- Prior experience of working on Oracle , EPM, Oracle OAC, FDIP is preferred.
Skills And Competencies
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint is expected as several reports are submitted in presentation slides.
