This person will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to verify the identity of the business and related principles. Fraud analysts work alongside an experienced risk organization and are exposed to all aspects of FinTech operations in a high-growth startup environment. Own customer acquisition and lead conversion through calls, working with channel partners, and qualifying prospects. Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to increase investment activity on the platform. Drive AUM on the platform by deepening existing relationships and building new relationships by establishing HNI, advisory and institutional channels. Help investors take investment decisions by understanding investible corpus and risk appetite of the investors. Be the Face of the company for the investors, and the Voice of the investors for the company. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to users who have registered but not completed KYC. KYC Explanations: Clearly explain the KYC process, benefits, and compliance. Objection Handling: Address user objections and persuade them to complete KYC. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Document Assistance: Assist users with document uploads (ID, address proof). Tech Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the tech team to resolve portal/app issues. Complex Case Escalation: Escalate complex cases (e.g., document rejection) to the KYC operations team. CRM Logging: Log all call outcomes in the CRM system. Reporting: Share daily/weekly reports on conversion rates and user feedback. Compliance & Data Security: Ensure adherence to KYC regulations and maintain user data confidentiality.
