Qualifications Financial Planning and Finance skills Experience in Retirement Planning Knowledge of Investments and Financial Advisory Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or ChFC are a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
