Job Summary

Faxoc

Partner with the Founder & Leadership team to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support growth initiatives.
Advise on capital structure, fundraising strategies, and investor communication.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and ROI on key business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support M&A, partnerships, and international expansion opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor on wealth management, risk management, and long-term financial sustainability.
Experience in financial advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance (startup or tech ecosystem experience a plus).
Strong expertise in financial modeling, fundraising, and strategic planning.
Excellent knowledge of compliance, taxation, and corporate governance.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
