R2R (Record to Report) Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial transactions recording
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and develop processes to enhance financial accuracy and reporting efficiency
OTC (Order to Cash) Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Close monitoring of OTC operations and ensuring proper compliance with regulations (e.g., FEMA)
- Guiding outsourced teams and troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with banks and ensuring smooth operations
- Generating MIS reports with insights for leadership
- Working knowledge of Power BI is desirable
