Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations at our Thiruvananthapuram branch. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves maintaining accurate financial records and supporting key financial reporting across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Handle billing, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities
• Prepare and support tax filings and statutory compliance
• Manage and consolidate financial data for all 4 branches
• Provide accurate monthly projections and assist with management reporting
• Prepare MIS reports for weekly and monthly business reviews

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally or Zoho Books (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• An analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve
