Role Overview:

Responsible for managing finance operations, statutory compliance, and reporting across India and Dubai. The role covers accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial planning to ensure accurate records and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with financial laws and standards

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budget forecasts, and reports on the company’s financial health

• Audit financial transactions and documents for compliance and accuracy

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Ensure timely bank payments, tax filings, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain financial data confidentiality and perform regular database backups

• Develop internal controls and accounting policies to strengthen operations

• Coordinate with outsourced Compliance and Audit teams

• Any other responsibilities as deemed necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certification such as CA/CPA is a plus but not mandatory)

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role

• Expertise in financial regulations, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced MS Excel skills

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

• Self motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
