The role covers accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial planning to ensure accurate records and smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities · Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements. · Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts. · Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and issuance of Form 16. · Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. · Coordinate with auditors and outsourced compliance partners. · Ensure financial data security and implement internal controls. · Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking operations. · Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CMA preferred but not mandatory. · 3–10 years of accounting experience. · Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and accounting standards. · Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel. · Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager – Quantitative Research to join our India team. This role will lead quantitative research projects end-to-end — from designing proposals and questionnaires to managing fieldwork, analyzing data, and delivering impactful insights to clients.
