As a Finance & Accounts Executive/Manager at SixthFactor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial laws and standards while utilizing creativity and data-driven insights to assist businesses in finding their core and growing with purpose. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee all accounting transactions to ensure compliance with financial laws and standards - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budget forecasts, and reports on the company's financial health - Audit financial transactions and documents for compliance and accuracy - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - Maintain financial data confidentiality and perform regular database backups - Develop internal controls and accounting policies to strengthen operations - Coordinate with outsourced Compliance and Audit teams - Undertake any other responsibilities as deemed necessary **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certification such as CA/CPA is a plus but not mandatory) - Proven experience in an accounting or finance role - Expertise in financial regulations, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced MS Excel skills - Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities - Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If you join SixthFactor, you're not just becoming a team member; you're becoming a part of a family that values fun, creativity, and impact.
