Role Overview:

Responsible for managing finance operations, statutory compliance, and reporting across India and Dubai. The role covers accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial planning to ensure accurate records and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.

· Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts.

· Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and issuance of Form 16.

· Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.

· Coordinate with auditors and outsourced compliance partners.

· Ensure financial data security and implement internal controls.

· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking operations.

· 

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CMA preferred but not mandatory.

· 3–10 years of accounting experience.

· Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, compliance, and accounting standards.

· Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
