As a Finance and Procurement Manager at CBRE, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. Your role will be part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets and providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring. - Schedule and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. - Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. - Maintain positive client relationships, conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues, and prepare/manage capital projects and budgets. - Perform facility inspections, ensure quality assurance following regulations, and suggest operational efficiencies and upgrades. - Manage environmental health and safety procedures, oversee vendor relationships, and review price quotes for procurement. - Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices. - Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and apply knowledge to achieve team objectives. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. - Valid driver's license required, and Facility Management certification is preferred. - Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluation is preferred. - Leadership skills, organizational skills, and advanced math skills are necessary for this role.
