Finance & Operations Associate (Part time)

Role Description

This part-time Finance & Operations Lead position, is a 95% remote working role, involves overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of Wellcure. We will need 4 hours of daily work from the candidate.

The role will involve handling financial accounting, doing sales reporting & all other finance & analysis related work. In addition, the lead will also be responsible for providing the management team with regular financial analysis and recommendations to optimize growth and ensure financial sustainability.

• Managing & Reporting - Company Sales (daily reporting), Expenses & Compliances Tracking & Reporting.
• Coordinating with Business teams to ensure Company financial reports and records are correct.
• Managing Payment gateways and Bank along with the Company Accounting firm to ensure timely reporting and reconciliations.
• To help the Founder on all projects where he needs Assistance.
• Managing TDS & GST compliances every month.
• Handling month account payables and receivables.
• Track the Project deliverables of team members and assist them in completing them.
• Coordinating with various banks, vendors and other alliance partners of the Company.
• Resolving all customer queries related to payments and refunds.
• Managing the financial communications with partners and vendors through Email.
• Additional work as per the requirements of the Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, business administration, or relevant field required
• Minimum of 2 years of financial accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and recommend financial solutions
• Effective communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multi-faceted and diverse tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred but not a must.
