Role Description This full-time Finance & Operations Lead position, located in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work, involves overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of Wellcure. The role will involve handling financial accounting. In addition, the lead will also be responsible for providing the management team with regular financial analysis and recommendations to optimize growth and ensure financial sustainability. Managing & Reporting - Company Sales, Expenses & Compliances Tracking & Reporting. Coordinating with Business teams to ensure Company financial reports and records are correct. Managing Payment gateways and Bank along with the Company Accounting firm to ensure timely reporting and reconciliations. To help the Founder on all projects where he needs Assistance. Track the Project deliverables of team members and assist them in completing them. Coordinating with various banks, vendors and other alliance partners of the Company. Resolving all customer queries related to payments and refunds. Managing the financial communications with partners and vendors through Email. Additional work as per the requirements of the Company. Salary - Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 + Variable Incentive per month, based on education and relevant experience. Candidate Location - Residents of Gurgaon will be highly preferred. Role - Nutritionist Marketing & Customer Service Operations Specialist (Delhi NCR) Health & Nutrition experience or qualifications will be preferred. A nutritionist who is comfortable with sales and marketing will be the best fit for this role. Salary Range : INR 20,000 to 35,000 + Variable Incentive - 10% to 50% of Fixed Salary based on performance. (Depending upon experience & qualifications) Experience : 2 to 8 years Responsibilities: Customer Communication and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including email, telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Workshop and Program Management: Handle all aspects of workshop coordination, including logistics, communication, and participant registration. Manage and support a diverse range of health workshops with external experts. Add paid participants to the relevant main communication groups, ensuring they have access to all necessary information. Digital Communication and Outreach: Send daily messages and updates to all WhatsApp groups to keep participants informed and engaged. Manage and schedule planned program messages via other communication channels to ensure the timely delivery of important information. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduation in Nutrition or a nutrition-related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Proficiency in using various communication tools, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and email. A proactive and resourceful attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with workshop or event planning and coordination is a significant advantage. Familiarity with the Nutrition topics covered in our workshops (e.g., sustainability, healthy living, food preparation) is a plus.
