Finance Officer

As an accounting professional, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Performing basic accounting entries and reconciliations - Providing support for month-end and year-end closing activities, including handling prepaid expenses, provisions, accruals, and depreciation - Tracking fixed assets and ensuring proper capitalization - Conducting data entry and validation in SAP B1 - Preparing supporting schedules for the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet - Assisting in statutory and internal audits - Supporting the documentation required for compliance with regulatory bodies such as RBI, ROC, and SEZ - Coordinating indirect tax filings for foreign subsidiaries - Compiling and reporting MIS data - Assisting in budgeting and cost tracking - Contributing to SAP implementation and automation efforts Additionally, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in finance, accounts, banking, and SAP terminologies.
