Develop Emergency Response plan, Emergency Role and Responsibilities. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and situational Project HSE procedures and documentation. Prepare /or compile HSE report of projects under execution. Get involved and review design activities being carried out by Engineering team, on HSE related issues and share view point to overall improvement of design development considering execution of the work from the stage of engineering / design development itself. Organize and deliver Safety Training to the skilled as well as unskilled level of workforce. Developing, implementing, managing and maintaining Site HSE Statistics as per OSHA. Ensuring compliance as per guideline set by factory inspectorate and Director of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH). Conducting Mock drills and HSE Committee meeting at predefined deadlines. Conduct Safety Audits and Compiling Audit report for Top Management reporting. Detailed Incident Investigation and Reporting. Develop/update/maintain documents as per the requirement of ISO 45001:2018 and attend audit with relevant and required HSE documentations. Ready to travel to project sites within / out side India as per project requirement. Responsibilities and Duties Below are the key responsibilities, Development Electrical Design as per the project requirement, from EB tapping point to the end user plug point complete electrical system. Develop Load list, HT/LT distribution, Bus-bar Calculation, SLDs, Cable sizing, Cable Cable termination scheduling, Cable routing, Cable tray layout, Key plan, Electrical Equipment layout, Grounding/earthing layout, Lightening protection system design, Power Lighting layout, Low voltage system, data and telephone, Building management system, Fire detection and alarm system etc. Design of Electrical Control Panels, MCC, PCC, DB etc. to the general arrangement level to frame the procurement specifications and basic drawings. Developing and compiling Bill of material and technical specifications etc. for package tender. Review and verification of multidisciplinary drawings, report document and identify clashes/gaps/variations if any and suggest/implement possible remedies to the variations.
