We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager / Sr. Finance Manager with strong experience in financial operations, audits, taxation, costing, and compliance within a manufacturing setup. This role involves complete ownership of financial processes, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with internal & international teams.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage end-to-end finance operations with high accuracy and analytical approach
✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports✔ Handle vendor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing✔ Prepare P&L statements and assist in budgeting & Capex planning✔ Work on product costing and provide strategic inputs to leadership✔ Manage GST filings, export/import taxation, government schemes & subsidies✔ Coordinate with internal and external auditors for quarterly & annual audits✔ Drive compliance, financial discipline, and SOP implementation✔ Manage asset tagging, GRN processes, and supply chain finance activities✔ Work effectively with global teams ensuring smooth financial control

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in finance roles within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of taxation, GST laws, costing, and financial reportingExpertise in SAP, Tally, Excel & financial MISExcellent analytical & strategic thinking abilitiesStrong communication and leadership skills
