Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Noida. The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing financial accounting, monitoring financial performance, conducting variance analyses, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The Finance Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial planning and will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of financial accounting and compliance
• Proficiency in variance analysis and financial performance monitoring
• Strong strategic decision-making and financial planning skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in the IT services industry is advantageous
• Hands on Experience with Quickbooks.
