About the Role

Manager/Specialist – Financial Management

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial operations for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with statutory norms and internal controls.
Conduct audits, financial reporting, and variance analysis using advanced tools.
Oversee banking arrangements, tax matters, and fund management processes.
Utilize
PFMS
and other government systems for efficient fund flow, reconciliation, and reporting.
Develop and maintain
financial dashboards, models, and reports
using
Excel and Power BI
.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation, financial statements, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, government bodies, and external stakeholders for financial planning and execution.
Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support effective project implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA (Finance)
/
M.Com
/
Chartered Accountant (CA)
.
10–15 years
of relevant experience in financial management within
infrastructure projects
(minimum 10 years in infrastructure sector).
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and
Power BI
for financial analysis and visualization.
Proven experience with
PFMS
and other government financial management systems.
Thorough understanding of
statutory compliance, taxation, banking arrangements, and internal controls
.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multi-functional teams.
PMP Certification is mandatory.
