Role Overview: As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Sandisk, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets. You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with business leaders from various departments, you will provide financial guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify insights, leading the monthly financial reporting process, preparing presentations and reports for senior management, and driving improvements in financial planning processes and reporting capabilities. Additionally, you will mentor and develop the FP&A team members and provide financial support for special projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets (MRF/QRF/AOP/LRP) - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with business leaders across departments to provide financial guidance and support - Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights - Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis - Prepare presentations and reports summarizing financial performance for senior management - Drive improvements in financial planning processes, systems, and reporting capabilities - Mentor and develop FP&A team members - Provide financial support and analysis for special projects such as M&A activity and new product launches Qualifications: - Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred - 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis - 3 or more years of management experience required - Ability to convey financial performance to audiences at different levels in the organization - Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - People management skills and leadership qualities - Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Enterprise Financial Planning Systems Company Information: Sandisk thrives on diversity and believes in embracing it both internally and externally.
