Job Description for Finance Manager role
Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day financial management of the company, including preparation of budgets and monitoring actual expenditure against budgets.
· Manage financial planning, forecasting and project-wise financial oversight for media operations.
· Oversee production cost control, vendor payments and project accounting.
· Ensure statutory compliance, including ROC, Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, and TDS.
· Supervise accounts, ensure timely audits and maintain accurate financial statements.
· Handle cash flow management, receivables, payables and treasury functions.
· Manage GST reconciliation and GST filing.
· Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable financial insights to management.
Requirements:
· CA/CA Inter/ MBA (Finance)/ M.Com with Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
· Experience in production house, media, digital or entertainment industries preferred.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
