Finance Management Trainee

Position Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements as per

  U.S. GAAP

• Support senior accountants in

  bookkeeping, bank reconciliations

  , and journal entries
• Learn and assist in the

  preparation of U.S. federal and state tax returns (individual and corporate)

• Aid in conducting

  audit procedures

  and support external audit documentation
• Perform data analysis and compile audit evidence under supervision
• Collaborate with U.S. clients or internal teams for data collection and clarification
• Ensure compliance with

  IRS and state regulations

• Maintain and organize financial records and working papers
• Continuously update knowledge on

  U.S. accounting and tax laws

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field (freshers welcome)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of

  U.S. GAAP

  is a plus)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to work in

  U.S. shift timings
