Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. DIR KYC Compliance:

• Responsible for timely preparation and filing of Director KYC (DIR-3 KYC) forms for all company directors as per MCA guidelines.
• Maintain updated records of director identification numbers (DINs) and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.

1. Income Tax Return (ITR) Credentials Management:

• Handle the creation and management of ITR login credentials for the company and directors, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Coordinate with the finance team or tax consultants for smooth filing of income tax returns.

1. ROC Filing – AOC-4 & MGT-7:

• Prepare and file the Annual Financial Statements (AOC-4) and Annual Return (MGT-7/MGT-7A) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) within the stipulated deadlines.
• Coordinate with accounting and auditing teams to collect and verify necessary data and documents before filing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of:

• Accounting principles

• MOA & AOA

• Paid-up capital

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Familiarity with MS Excel; knowledge of accounting tools is a plus.
