Finance Insurance Operate- Executive Director

Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to work as a Delivery Lead at EY, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery for clients in the Finance and Insurance sectors. The role involves interfacing with C-suite business clients, leading engagement across various aspects, and driving efficiencies through transformation and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with client leadership on large Finance Insurance Operate delivery teams - Manage all aspects of the engagement including client delivery, hiring, optimization, escalations, and MI reporting - Lead large-scale, multi-year Finance Insurance Operate businesses - Engage with CXOs of Insurance & Finance leaders companies - Drive Year on Year efficiencies through transformation and technology - Build and sustain high-performing teams across clients - Review decisions and articulate pros/cons of technology options - Manage delivery risks in large scale programs - Lead program governance and client leadership interface - Mentor Managers and Senior Managers - Host client CXOs and their teams to foster innovation - Navigate a hybrid consulting organization and manage stakeholder groups Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA Finance or in Technology - Minimum 20 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years of Delivery leadership experience - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to both business and technology audiences - Experience in agile, globally distributed teaming models - Knowledge of Finance Controls and Operations, FP&A, Treasury & Investment, Reinsurance, and leveraging technology - Strong knowledge in Life & Annuities and P&C Insurance businesses - Proven track record in managing and growing large teams - Ability to lead large pursuits, take end to end ownership of deal making, and execute Managed Services / Build Operate Transfer deals Company Details: EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
