Finance Insurance Operate- Executive Director

As a Delivery Leader at EY, you will play a crucial role in the offshoring of Finance Insurance Operate business to India for clients within the FS sectors. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing the end-to-end delivery process, encompassing client delivery, hiring, year-on-year optimization, handling escalations, and MI reporting with client leadership. You will need to engage with C-suite business clients and work closely with member firms to ensure successful delivery out of GDS. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with client leadership to drive efficiencies in large Finance Insurance Operate delivery teams - Manage all aspects of the engagement, including client delivery, hiring, optimization, escalations, and MI reporting - Lead the end-to-end delivery for the account based out of NCR & Bangalore - Engage with CXOs of Insurance & Finance leaders companies - Review decisions and articulate technology options based on personal experience and industry best practices - Nurture and build teams across clients and sustain teams for the long term - Host client CXOs and their teams to create a conducive environment for client innovation - Manage program governance and client leadership interface Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in managing and growing large teams - Strong knowledge in Life & Annuities and P&C Insurance businesses - Experience in agile, globally distributed models and Finance Controls and Operations - Ability to engage with CXOs, lead large pursuits, and take end-to-end ownership of deal making - Experience in successfully executing large Managed Services / Build Operate Transfer deals - Strong communication skills to articulate concepts to both business and technology audience - Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA Finance or in Technology - 20+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10 years of Delivery leadership experience EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
