The Role

We’re looking for someone to join us as HR + Finance Lead — with finance as the primary focus and HR as the backbone that keeps our culture alive. You’ll manage the flow of money across the company while also supporting the people who make that work possible.

What You’ll Do

Finance

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Handle vendor registrations, invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups

Oversee taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with statutory filings

Maintain financial discipline across all departments

HR

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new joiners

Maintain employee records, payroll, and contracts

Support team members with queries and create a cool, creative work culture

Build simple systems for leaves, appraisals, and performance reviews

What We’re Looking For

Strong foundation in finance/accounts (commerce background preferred)

Understanding of HR operations, with a people-first mindset

Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative culture with a young team and quick growth
