Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Head to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Oversee cash flow management and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations and professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
