Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Vashi

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (3 Shifts)

6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Purpose:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for assisting in all operational hub activities for ships worldwide under our global contracts. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily email communication within the assigned client folder.

Verify vessel call updates and upload cargo documents.

Prepare and send policing reports to relevant parties.

Perform client policing activities for assigned clients.

Participate in weekly meetings to discuss operational issues and improvements.

Monitor and ensure smooth workflow performance for assigned clients.

Maintain accuracy in updating reduction sheets.

Ensure procedures and working instructions are regularly updated and stored in shared folders for team access.

Communicate any process changes to the team via email and update internal procedures accordingly.

Provide training to new joiners on client-specific processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Proficiency in IT systems and ability to adapt to new technology.

Flexible approach, with a willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.

Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and maintain a global perspective.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
