Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Tally and a solid finance/accounting background. This is a full-time work-from-office role requiring daily commute.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.

• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Manage statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST filings, and related documentation.

• Ensure timely remittance of statutory payments and maintenance of compliance records.

• Maintain and update all company finance reports, MIS statements, and periodic financial summaries for management review.

• Assist internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.

• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, vendors, and statutory authorities when required.

• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in financial reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

• Mandatory knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP/Tally Prime).

• Strong understanding of accounting and statutory compliance processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

• Good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madurai.

• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and accuracy in work.
