Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on expertise in Tally and MS Dynamics. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally and MS Dynamics
• Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, and journal entries
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers
• Support preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong working knowledge of

  Tally

  and

  MS Dynamics

  (mandatory)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling GST returns and compliance
• Prior experience in a corporate or ERP-driven environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
