Location: Mumbai Head Office Function: Finance Customer Development (Quick Commerce) About HUL Finance At HUL, Finance is more than numbers, its about shaping strategy, driving growth, and unlocking value We are the CFO factory to the world, grooming future leaders who thrive in a dynamic, digital-first environment If you want to work with purpose led brands and be part of a team that sets industry benchmarks, HUL Finance is the place for you Role Purpose Quick Commerce is one of the fastest-growing channels in FMCG, demanding agility, precision, and strong ROI discipline This role will partner with the Customer Development (CD) team to drive performance management for Quick Commerce, ensuring optimal resource allocation and superior returns on investments Key Responsibilities Performance Management & ROI Analysis Lead pre-evaluation and post-evaluation of investments in quick commerce activations, ensuring every rupee spent delivers maximum impact Develop frameworks to measure incremental sales, profitability, and ROI for trade spends and BMI (Brand Marketing Investments) Resource Allocation Ensure the right set of resources is allocated across TTS (Trade Terms Spend) and BMI, balancing growth ambitions with financial prudence Partner with CD teams to prioritize investments based on data-driven insights Forecasting & Planning Drive accurate forecasting for quick commerce P&L, including revenue, trade spends, and marketing investments Monitor variances and recommend corrective actions to deliver financial targets Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to the Quick Commerce CD team, providing financial insights to shape strategy and execution Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders at platforms end for smooth day-to-day operations as well as to unlock profitability and improve realization Governance & Controls Ensure compliance with HULs financial and operational controls Proactively hold ownership to manage and up required masters for accuracy Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively Ideal Candi Profile Qualification: CA / MBA with 0-3 years of experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a passion for performance management Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Note: "All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Offers from individuals or unofficial sources be fraudulentplease verify before proceeding "
