Finance Executive

Job Title: Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing: Prepare and file income tax returns for the company, ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations.
3. GST Return Filing: Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with GST regulations.
4. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Journal Voucher (JV) Checking: Review and verify journal vouchers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
6. Internal Data Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and GST regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/M.com/B.com/ (Finance) or equivalent

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems (Logic ERP , ZOHO)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,140.00 per month
