Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with strong expertise

in Tally ERP to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounts, and

ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid

understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST, and

financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and manage bookkeeping.

 Handle monthly and quarterly financial closing.

 Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.

 Record and maintain all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and

payments.

 Prepare and reconcile bank statements.

 Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

 Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

 Process invoices, maintain accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on outstanding

payments.

 Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

 Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.

 Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

 Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

 Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in handling payroll and inventory accounting.

 Knowledge of other accounting software will be an advantage.
