Finance Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial software
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and tax-related compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity

Other Requirements:

• Only male candidates will be considered for this position
• Last 3 months' bank statements are mandatory for salary verification
• Candidates with experience in the manufacturing or electrical industry will be preferred
• Immediate joiners or short notice periods will be an advantage
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances.
• Monitor budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and controls.
• Prepare MIS reports and summaries for management review.
• Liaise with banks for financial transactions, loan documentation, and fund management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
