We’re driven by creativity, collaboration, and data — and now we’re looking for a Finance Executive who can help keep our financial operations as smooth and structured as our campaigns!

Role Overview:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, client billing, vendor payments, and financial record keeping. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in an agency environment, with a good understanding of financial workflows, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and maintain client invoices, vendor bills, and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and financial record keeping.
• Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients for financial queries and documentation.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,280.47 - ₹20,000.00 per month
