Finance Executive

• Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to management and stakeholders. Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast, and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Accounting and transactions: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely closing of books. Oversee and approve financial transactions like invoices and vendor payments.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, and assist with forecasting activities.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations (e.g., tax, GST). Assist with internal, external, and tax audits. Manage financial risk and investments.
• Strategic support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and provide financial guidance to the organization.

Duties

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and MIS in line with company policies.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams, support junior staff, and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Strengthen internal controls, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve finance

processes.
