Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:

• Assist in preparing monthly payroll in coordination with the HR department.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate deductions of PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory contributions.
  
• Maintain employee financial records and salary-related data.
  

• Statutory Compliance:

• Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and TDS payments and filings.
  
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and ensure timely submission of returns.
  
• Support HR with employee-related finance documentation (joining, exit settlements, etc.).
  

• Accounting & Finance Support:

• Manage daily accounting entriespayments, receipts, journal vouchers, and expense tracking.
  
• Perform

  bank reconciliations

  , maintain ledgers, and assist in month-end closing.
• Support internal and external

  audits

  by preparing required financial and HR compliance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle invoice processing.
  

• Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain reports for payroll costs, reimbursements, and statutory payments.
  
• Assist in budgeting and cost tracking related to HR and payroll expenses.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  (MBA in Finance or HR is a plus).

• 2–3 years

  of experience in accounts, payroll, or HR finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with

  PF, ESI, TDS, and payroll compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP / MS Excel / HRMS or Payroll Software

  .
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR processes.
  
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
