Finance Executive

You will be responsible for the following key aspects in the role of Accounts and Finance Executive at Celogen Pharma Pvt. Ltd: - Process and record invoices with proper documentation and approvals. - Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner. - Track and follow up on outstanding receivables. In addition, you will be involved in the following responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. - Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. - Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring. - Perform basic financial analysis and identify variances. - Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. - Maintain organized and complete financial documentation. - Assist with internal and external audits. - Handle petty cash transactions. - Provide administrative support to the finance department. - Participate in process improvement initiatives. You should meet the following qualifications for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role. - Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP or Ind AS). - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
