About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to handle day-to-day financial operations including petty cash, stock, vendor management, and company asset management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of managing cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.
• Oversee stock management and keep proper documentation.
• Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and relationships.
• Maintain and monitor company assets and ensure proper utilization.
• Perform cash handling with accuracy and accountability.
• Support in financial reporting and assist with audits when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.Com (mandatory).
• Experience: 2–5 years in finance/accounts operations.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of petty cash, vendor management, and stock handling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.

Work Schedule

• Location: Chinarpark, Kolkata
• Thursday Off
• Saturday & Sunday: Full Office Days

Salary & Benefits
