Finance Controller

Direct month-end close for India operations and other assigned business units; analyze and present results to management Manage general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance Oversee regulatory and tax reporting requirements for India Maintain and strengthen internal controls environment in line with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Partner with senior executives on budget ownership, forecasting, and financial planning Lead the annual operating plan process for India operations Oversee invoicing, monitor and approve payment runs, and review work performed by the Accountant role Identify and drive process improvements and automation in finance and reporting Enhance management reporting to improve financial insights for senior leadership Support internal and external audits as required Collaborate with Corporate IT and business partners on financial systems and reporting needs Assist with special projects, ad hoc analysis, and strategic initiatives Ensure adherence to the ATS Code of Business Conduct and all health and safety standards About ATS ATS is an industry-leading automation solutions provider to many of the worlds most successful companies ATS uses its extensive knowledge base and global capabilities in custom automation, repeat automation, automation products and value-added services, including pre-automation and after-sales services, to address the sophisticated manufacturing automation systems and service needs of multinational customers in markets such as life sciences, food & beverage, transportation, consumer products, and energy Founded in 1978, ATS employs over 6,000 people at more than 50 manufacturing facilities and over 75 offices in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and China The Companys shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol ATS
