Job Description

As the Manager, Finance Business Partner for Global Partnerships at Mastercard, you will collaborate with the Global Partnerships team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and deals, assessing their financial implications. Your Finance background, combined with experience in Business Partnering and Accounting roles, along with strong analytics skills, will be crucial for success in this role. - Develop and automate dynamic management reporting tools for the Senior Management Team to provide timely financial insights. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends in key performance indicators, supporting Global Partnerships Segment leads and Account Management teams in monitoring KPIs and conducting ad-hoc analyses. - Collaborate with Business Development Finance and Deals Implementation teams to provide essential financial indicators for Global Partnership customers, ensuring accuracy in deals modeling, accounting, and forecasting. - Oversee expenses reporting, conduct month-end close analysis, and manage the forecast process for the Global Partnership teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent work experience in financial analysis. You must demonstrate the ability to build strong internal and external business relationships, understanding stakeholders" needs and objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience in financial analysis. - Proficiency in Excel, financial systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, and Power BI. - Strong analytical, detail-oriented skills with a history of cross-functional collaboration. - Comfortable working with ambiguity, making independent decisions, and meeting tight deadlines. - Team player, results-driven, flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. - Ability to uphold information security standards, including adherence to security policies, confidentiality, and promptly reporting security breaches.
