Job Description

Hiring

Finance Associates

to support day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance and accounting.

Salary

: INR 15 LPA

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, revenue identification, and financial transactions
Assist in preparing, managing, and closing Balance Sheet and P&L oversee procurement, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
Ensure 100% compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, including GST and Income Tax, and support audits and tax filings
Support MIS reporting for management and investors with accurate and timely financial data

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2 years of relevant experience

(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Scout's clients)
