Finance Associate

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports​
• Monitor and track key financial metrics related to technology product sales and service revenue

Accounts Management:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes​
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements​
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies​
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation​
• Compliance & Audit Support
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards​
• Assist in internal and external audit processes​
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance​
• Support tax preparation and filing activities​
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to support business initiatives​
• Support contract reviews and vendor negotiations from a financial perspective

Zoho Books Management

• Manage day-to-day transactions including sales transactions, purchase orders, and expense entries​
• Handle GST compliance, e-invoicing, and tax filing through Zoho Books​
• Perform bank reconciliation and connected banking operations​
• Create and manage customer invoices, vendor bills, and payment processing​
• Maintain chart of accounts and ensure accurate financial data entry

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or any other financial softwares​

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho Books or any other financial softwares including GST filing, e-invoicing, and bank reconciliation​
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Understanding of Indian GST compliance and e-way bill generation​
• Knowledge of connected banking and automated transaction categorization​
• Experience with Zoho Books reporting, customization, and automation features​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
