Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Finance Apprentice in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial models.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in financial software applications.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
