Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage loan-related documents and maintain ongoing communication with banks and NBFCs • Track and update loan schedules, EMIs, disbursements, and interest payments • Organize and manage internal project financial data, invoices, and payment trackers • Assist with cash flow tracking, vendor payments, and basic project budgeting • Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and financial institutions for documentation and payment processing • Maintain proper filing and compliance-related documentation for audits or financial reviews Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the construction or infrastructure sector preferred) • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial documentation • Good understanding of bank loan processes • Excellent organization and communication skills Nice to Have: • Familiarity with construction billing, project budgets, and vendor payment cycles • Prior experience handling RERA, GST, or compliance documentation Join us in building better infrastructure across West Bengal and beyond.
