Job Description

We’re seeking a visionary leader to head a new premium lifestyle development under Shivohum Group.
This role demands a professional with strategic foresight, design appreciation, and execution excellence — capable of taking a landmark project from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of a high-end development. • Oversee budgeting, procurement, vendor selection, and construction timelines. • Build and guide a multi-disciplinary project team (engineering, architecture, marketing, finance). • Liaise with architects, consultants, and government authorities for seamless approvals. • Define brand positioning and go-to-market strategy with the board. • Manage investor, client, and stakeholder relationships with integrity and precision.Qualifications & Experience • 12–20 years of experience in real estate / resort / mixed-use development. • Proven success in managing full-cycle premium projects. • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to manage large-scale execution. • Exposure to hospitality or luxury residential projects preferred. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
