In this internship role at Unifi Capital, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Finance and HR departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Role Overview: - Assist the finance team in daily operational tasks such as preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and data analysis. - Support in budgeting, expense tracking, and documentation activities. - Learn and apply basic accounting principles and financial processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for information gathering. - Support recruitment activities and candidate coordination in the HR department. - Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement processes. - Work on HR systems, data management, and HR policy documentation. - Help the HR team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. - Participate in employee experience initiatives. Qualification Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
