Position: Senior Manager - RM Client Services Location: Mumbai Company: Unifi Capital Pvt Ltd Experience: 3–7 years Role Overview: We are looking for a self-driven and client-centric candidate to join our Direct Channel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is passionate about wealth management, understands the value of high-touch client service, and is eager to contribute to the growth of the client book through service excellence and referral generation. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at offering personalized and suitable investment advice, ensuring that each client's financial goals and risk tolerance are met with tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deepen relationships with existing investors. Deliver timely portfolio updates through one-on-one portfolio reviews with investors, while also providing transaction support and resolving client service issues. Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to support high-value client relationships and contribute to key team initiatives. Identify and implement referral generation strategies from existing clients. Ensure best-in-class client servicing to build trust and long-term engagement. Maintain compliance and documentation as per SEBI and internal guidelines. Act as the first point of contact for routine client queries and investment operations. Desired Candidate Profile: 3-7 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services. Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, etc.). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and client service orientation. MBA/CFP candidates preferred.
