Responsibilities

• Execute trades in the Equity segment as per Fund Manager instructions under the PMS and AIFs strategies. Coordinate with external brokers to ensure cost-effective and efficient trade execution, minimizing both implicit and explicit costs.
• Track equity and cash positions across all clients under each strategy. Promptly coordinate with Fund Managers regarding the deployment of cash balances.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely order placement and seamless settlement of trades.
• Enhance cost efficiency and diversify risk by empanelling and managing relationships with multiple brokers for trade execution.
• Ensure all trade allocations comply with regulatory requirements and align with internal policies.
• Possess strong knowledge of front office systems and a clear understanding of market clearing processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external brokers to achieve cost optimization and effective risk management.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of empanelled brokers based on SEBI regulations and established investment criteria.
• Stay updated and track corporate actions related to portfolio stocks.
