Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Trade Execution Support: Assist in the accurate and timely execution of equity and ETF orders on various trading platforms as directed by senior traders.
Order Management: Input, track, and monitor client orders, ensuring all details are correctly logged into the firm's system.
Post-Trade Processing: Verify executed trades, resolve simple trade breaks, and assist the back-office with settlement inquiries.
Market Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with market news and price movements, relaying relevant information to the dealing desk.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to internal compliance policies and regulatory requirements for all trade activities

Strong attention to detail and ability to work precisely under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with trading software is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial markets and equity products.
